INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS — ELECTORAL AFFAIRS DIVISION

Following the September 26 polling exercise in Saxony-Anhalt, we are pleased to report unprecedented engagement from our spectral constituency. The AfD’s 44 percent result represents the strongest showing yet from voters whose physical registration status remains, technically speaking, unresolved.

Our Department of Ethereal Participation has confirmed that approximately 2.7 million ballots were cast by citizens whose names appear in no current census data, tax records, or municipal registries. This phenomenon, initially flagged by our Elections Integrity Task Force as “anomalous,” has been reclassified as “the voice of the forest finally speaking through the democratic process.”

The ghost voter bloc—defined in our technical documentation as “persons whose polling station attendance exceeded their documented existence by a factor of 1.0”—demonstrates remarkable consistency. Exit polling suggests these spectral participants were motivated by concerns about property values in the Black Forest, immigration policy affecting non-corporeal entities, and general dissatisfaction with the current administrative framework.

The AfD has issued a statement thanking “the millions of invisible hands guiding our nation toward renewal.” Our Department of Narrative Management notes this phrasing is technically accurate and requires no further clarification.

Electoral officials have moved the ghost voter files to a secure archive marked “Do Not Investigate Further.” Standard procedure has been followed.
